This is the most wonderful, crazy little town on the East Coast. It is full of hippies, old and young, and street musicians on every corner. We finally did some surfing, ate a lot of pies, went to a big market, saw the most amazing street musician (check him out on juzziesmith.com), got "tattooed", met old friends in unlikely places, and so much more.
We are now 9 girls travelling together, and we've been together for almost a month. Elina, Cissi, Frida, Maria, Anna, and then Emma and Rosi met up with us in Byron Bay. It feels like we've all known each other for years, and it feels strange that we're soon going in different directions - Elina and Cissi to Bangkok and then home, Frida and Maria to Sydney and then hopefully some grapefruit farm in the outback, Anna to Melbourne if her money allows it, and Emma and Rosi to Rainbow Beach and then up the coast.
Byron Bay has been mostly sunny, but sometimes it poured, really poured down.
Here comes the biggest picture bomb this blog has ever seen.
