Surfers Paradise by night, from the balcony
We took a trip to Surfers Paradise, where we stayed with Jills old classmate, Cassandra, and her boyfriend Buzz. (And the dog Brutus.) Their apartment was amazing, right by the beach, on the 21st floor. The only problem was that the building didn't allow dogs, so everytime poor Brutus had to go out Buzz or Cassandra (or we) stuffed him in a backpack and carried him past the guards and out!
The next day, the rest of the girls arrived from Byron Bay, and all of us went out with Cassandra and her friend Karin.
